From Dr. Karladine Graves

Vitamin D  10,000 IU per day for 2 weeks. Then 5,000 IU per day

Vitamin C 1,000 mg two times a day

Vitamin A  4,800 mg to 6,000 mg /day

Zinc 25 mg /day

Copper 2 mg /day

Magnesium 400 mg /day

Elderberry 50-100 mg /day

Be sure Vitamin D is 50-75 range. Lower than 50 is not good!
